1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Kode Elite services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

Kode Elite provides software development, AI automation, and product engineering services. All services are provided on a project basis with clearly defined scope and deliverables.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code and deliverables become the property of the client. Kode Elite retains the right to use general methodologies and frameworks developed during the project.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. All team members sign non-disclosure agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kode Elite liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
